Customer service is great cover came quick it looks like a good heavy cover I got it for next winter so have not used it yet

It was so easy to measure as you follow the direction they give you. We sent pictures and diagrams and the cover fits like a glove. I would definitely use them again.

Pool cover very nice. When installing we were missing a spring. I called in Saturday telling you I was missing a spring I received one in the mail by Wednesday. Very satisfied.
