Small Package: At Freetime Fun, we aim to exceed your expectations on every order. Any small package order received before 3:00pm CST Monday-Friday will be shipped same-day free of charge utilizing standard ground service (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).
LTL: For larger/heavier items that ship on a pallet requiring LTL delivery, any order received before 12:00pm CST Monday-Friday will be shipped same-day. All LTL items come with free curbside delivery to your residence. On select LTL items, we offer a premium white glove delivery option for an additional fee that can be selected on the product page. Please note that any orders placed with white glove delivery may take up to 24 hours to ship.

- Free Curbside Delivery: Once your shipment has arrived at the local freight terminal, you will receive a call from the shipping company to schedule a delivery appointment at your residence. On the day of delivery, the shipping company will unload the product from their truck using a lift-gate and will deliver the item to the end of your drive. Depending on the item being delivered, plan accordingly so you have help bringing the item into your residence. If you encounter a shipment that is significantly damaged, please refuse the shipment and notify us of the issue. If you suspect damage, but there is no visible product damage, please accept delivery and write on the delivery paperwork "Damaged" and inspect the item as soon as you are able. If damage is found, please call us at 888-620-6088 and we will work directly with you to correct any issues that were found.
- White Glove Delivery: When this premium service is purchased, your delivery experience will be elevated. The same process will occur as outlined above to schedule your delivery, but the big change is how the item is delivered. Rather than being delivered to the end of your drive, this service will deliver the item to your room of choice and includes 1 flight of stairs. For those living in 3rd floor and above apartment/condos or in the following locations: the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens or Staten Island, additional surcharges will apply, so please call us prior to placing an order to obtain a quote.
At this time, we can only ship to physical addresses within the contiguous 48 states. All orders of any size include a $7.95 handling fee that covers the processing, handling, and packaging of your order. Sales tax on the merchandise total will also be charged for orders shipping to the following states: IL, CA.
Returns Policy
Satisfaction is guaranteed on all new item sales. However, if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your order, we do offer refunds or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase as part of our No Risk Guarantee. To initiate a return or exchange, please download the following form and include it within your return shipment.
